1.               Requested Volunteer to take minutes: Faith.

2.               Note Round Robin Order: Don, Linda (board liaison), Faith, Geff, Gladys (guest).

3.               Serenity Prayer.

4.               Approval of July 7, 2018 minutes: approved. 

5. 	New form letter for P&P: approved.
      
6. 	Meeting in Print subcommittee report: Resa and Cathy are working on the September issue.
             
7. 	Weekly Reading subcommittee report: 
		- We now have 10,000 subscribers. 
		- There are a good number of submissions ready to publish.
         
8.        	New Business: 
		- Gladys was welcomed and asked about which subcommittee she would like to serve on. She chose Weekly Reading.
		- It was noted that the 2019 budget includes the cost of the chair going to the CoDA conference in Atlanta in 2019 
			and the cost of a new Zoom subscription ($14.99/month)
