Committee Report Pertaining to Goals and Actions

For the last six weeks we had weekly planning meetings. Prior to that we were having bi weekly meetings. I think we accomplished our goal of efficient service for the CSC although if I had it to do over again I would delegate out the position of projection operator. I also believe that having the ability to project the reports and motions was a great asset to all.

We utilized a free conference calling service. Not only was this cost effective it was a great way to bring committee members from all over the nation together.

We are in the process of compiling the information at this time, as we will not know all costs until after the conference/convention. This information will be available in the quarterly service report.

We followed the guidelines from the Fellowship Service Manual for the CSC planning. Although the CSC will fall under the events committee in 2010. I believe the guidelines provided by Tracy will be beneficial and am passing this on to Chris H. I do have this information available for those who may want it.

The CSC committee as a whole has enjoyed themselves and we are all looking forward to serving on the Events committee in 2010.

This has been a great service work experience. What I have learned about the business of CoDA has been enlightening. I would like to thank you all for your patience and tolerance with the new committee. It really did make it a fun experience.
