Delegate Package

To the left is a menu for you to select everything that has been created prior to Conference for you as a delegate/Trustee/Committee to review or use during Conference.

Committees should send data for the Delegate Reports to events @ coda.org for inclusion on the website.

Readings:  CoDA readings for each beginning of day at Conference.

Committee Reports/Handouts/etc:  Various Committee reports that will be reviewed at Conference.  Each committee is listed but may not have provided information ahead of time.  You will see bylaw changes, if any, and Voting Entity Issues (VEI).

Committee work documents:  The forms used at Conference such as the report form, motion form, the budget form and the goals & action items form.

Service:  Are you ready for service at a higher level?  Here you will find information on joining committees and the CoDA & CoRe Boards.

Event work Documents:  Need reimbursement from CoDA for you service?  Here are some of the forms and directions.  Also there is a link to previous conference motions.  But don't forget the evaluation form.

Procedural Items:  Items such as the ByLaws, Fellowship Services Manual (FSM) and specific Conference procedures from the FSM.
