Special Meeting of CSC 2024 Delegates and Alternate Delegates

June 14 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am PDT

CoDA, Inc. Board of Trustees

Dear 2024 vetted Delegates, CoRe Board, and CoDA Board,

In accordance with the CoDA Bylaws Article V – Meetings of Voting Members; Section 5, Special Meetings, the Board has, with a majority, passed a motion to call a Special Meeting of the vetted CoDA Service Conference (CSC) 2024 Delegates of our Fellowship (“…the Delegates attending the Conference immediately preceding the request for a special meeting). The reason for this meeting is to discuss and clarify any potential concerns regarding the recent announcement of the CSC 2025 Procedural Healthy Boundaries CSC 2025 Healthy Boundary Procedural Motions motioned by the Board of Trustees. The date of the meeting will be Saturday, June 14th at 9:00 am PDT; 11:00 am CDT; 12:00 pm EDT and held via Zoom. Respectful of everyone’s time, the meeting will be scheduled for 90 minutes.

This meeting is only for the vetted Delegates and Alternates who were elected, by your respective Voting Entity/Intergroup, to serve at CSC 2024 . An email message was sent to those 2024 Delegates and Alternates who had answered ‘yes’ to the question asked on the Delegate Verification Form (DVF) – “ May we share your information within CoDA ”. If you selected ‘no’, then your email address was not shared with the Board by the 2024 Voting Entity Liaison.

Please email [email protected] if you are in fact a CSC 2024 Delegate or Alternate and did not receive the original email message. The Zoom link will be sent at a later date. All eligible participants are asked to not share this Zoom link. The Zoom will be monitored and participants who qualify will be admitted.

We look forward to this Special Meeting as we work together to ensure that we hold safe and healthy meetings not only during our conferences, but in all of our meetings.
