This meeting is a closed meeting for GUYS who who identify as codependent or think they may be codependent. The meeting also has a focus that it is meant to be for men only. We will be reading from the CoDA meditation book called IN THIS MOMENT, and will follow that with 4 minute meditation and follow that with sharing. The reading will be shared on the screen for those who do not have the book.
