We only use CoDA Conference Endorsed Literature in English.
We ask that you keep your video on in the call so that everyone feels
safe to share. If you can’t for some reason, text us in the chat so we know why.
If you're new to CoDA you don’t have to prepare before, just show up
as you are. Anyone can join any meeting, it doesn’t matter where you
live, they exist all over the world. The only requirement is that we
want to develop healthy and loving relationships.
You also don’t have to share or read any of the readings if you don’t
want to. You can just sit for the first time and listen to what others have to say.
When we share, we don’t give advice but share from our own experience,
strength and hope and support each other that way.
You are welcome to stay after the meeting, members will stay to answer questions.
