CoDAteen Committee

Mission:

The purpose of the CoDAteen Committee (CTC) is to develop, facilitate, and grow a worldwide, bi-lingual, structured CoDAteen program for the still-suffering codependent teen that provides a safe environment for their recovery path to having healthy and loving relationships using approved CoDAteen-friendly literature.
This program is implemented with teen-led meetings guided and supported by active CoDA members who are responsible, qualified, and trained adult meeting hosts that ensure meeting safety, compliance with CoDA Steps and Traditions, and that the message of Co-Dependents Anonymous is appropriately carried to teenagers.

COMMITTEE PURPOSE:

The purpose of the CTC is to establish and facilitate a process that carries the message of CoDA specifically to teenage and young adult codependents by providing a safe space for them to pursue their own journey to recovery from codependence. This is done in accordance with the CoDAteen Meeting Handbook with oversight and guidance provided during CoDAteen meetings by trained and CoDA-vetted adults who are actively engaged in their own codependent recovery.
