I have a story of co-dependency, addiction and sexual abuse recovery that can help anyone!

I am recovering and willing to be of service.

My
parents divorced when I was 3. They hated each other and were not
afraid to tell me that. I was sexually abused for many years from age
7-16, I became an addict, alcoholic by age 10. I am now 40 and
recovering nicely with the help of Coda, AA, Alanon and SIA.
Co-dependency is the cornerstone of all our addictions. You can not
give away something that you do not have and until you recover from
co-dependency you will not have you. You will only have everyone else’s
problems which will leave you feeling helpless and lonely. I am glad I
finally let God be God and got out of my own way. I am powerless over
others and God is in charge of my life.
