Valerie’s Story
When I first started going to meetings, I lived in an area where there were a lot to choose from. I now live in an area where there are only three. We have a very vibrant Saturday meeting where we feel pretty isolated and I know that many old-timers are concerned about the lack of CODA in the community. I’d like to be of service in any way I can to those who need it here in my community.
I know myself enough to know how much effort I can put into things; I no longer engage in doing the volunteer work I used to do, so have the time to be a part of this process.
