CoDA Liberation is a brave and safe space for all people who are seeking to recover from codependency. We extend a special welcome to those with marginalized identities (LGBTQIA, BIPOC, people with disabilities, etc.) and endeavor to create a brave space for recovery. In this Step Study Group we tackle the step and tradition corresponding to each month: January covers Step 1 and Tradition 1, February covers Step 2 and Tradition 2, and so forth. Each meeting will consist of a reading (text provided on screen), journaling, and timed shares. The readings and questions mostly come from the CoDA Blue Book and green Workbook. You do not have to be at a certain step in order to join; no matter where you are in your recovery journey, working the steps can be helpful! This is CoDA Liberation’s Wednesday Step Study meeting; the regular meetings are on Monday and Tuesday (WW414 and WW472).
