The CoDAteen program expects Parent/Guardian permission for a teen to attend a CoDAteen meeting. A CoDAteen Permission Letter has been prepared to facilitate that. Please download the Letter, complete it, get electronic or hardcopy approval, and send the approved letter to one or both of the Adult Host/Meeting Sponsors for the meeting(s) you plan to attend.
