The Outreach Resource Guide is created “for fellowship members, by fellowship members.”

This means we want your feedback, suggestions, and submissions to make this guide meet the needs of the fellowship. Please note that anyone submitting materials for publication agrees that the CoDA world Outreach Committee can publish their works without personal attribution or compensation and grants the Committee the right to edit or reuse any submitted work.

1- Please submit any input by filling out the electronic form below.

2- If you have materials to accompany your input, please email them separately to [email protected].  We ask that you refer to which section of the ORG your topic pertains to.

-OR-  If you wish to mail items, you may send them to the Fellowship Services Office using the cover sheet attached (attention: OUTREACH COMMITTEE, PO Box 33577, Phoenix, AZ 85067-3577).
